Children’s Ministry

We love children to participate with us in the liturgy as much as possible. During the sermon, we invite the children to a classroom to hear Bible stories, sing songs, make crafts, and pray together. We endeavor to ensure that all children feel seen and heard. Parents are welcome to join their kids, if needed.

Our current pattern is to offer classroom time on the first three Sundays of the month. On fourth and fifth Sundays we provide ‘busy bags’ for families with colouring sheets and quiet activities.

We also provide an unstaffed nursey for parents and caregivers to use during the service, if desired.

We share with our diocese as commitment to the safety of the most vulnerable among us. We adhere to the Plan to Protect guidelines for screening and training of our ministry leaders.
